About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in the mining industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to support growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent qualification advantageous).
• Minimum of 05 years’ experience in finance management, and mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of mining cost structures, financial systems, and reporting standards.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience with ERP/accounting systems (Sage, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent knowledge of corporate finance, compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures across mining operations.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory obligations.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk management strategies.
• Oversee procurement, supply chain, and fixed asset management from a financial perspective.
• Partner with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.
