• Managing the full finance function, including VAT, banking, cash flow, payroll, administration and audit processes.
• Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and financial planning.
• Providing commercial and financial advice to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Conducting financial risk analysis and ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.
• Preparing high-level management and executive reporting.
• Identifying opportunities for improved cost management, efficiency and business performance.
• Supporting wider business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Managing, mentoring and developing the finance team.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight and support.
