Job summary

Ntsumi HR Partners is seeking a capable CA(SA) to lead the full accounting function in a dynamic Gauteng setting. You will oversee finance staff, manage cash flow, and produce timely reports to assist strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years post-articles experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with Xero or similar cloud-based systems. The role offers growth in a fast-paced tech-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified and registered CA(SA).
• 2+ years post-articles experience in a small to mid-tier audit or accounting firm (non-negotiable).
• Experience with cloud-based accounting systems, preferably Xero.

Minimum Requirements

• Qualified and registered CA(SA).
• Minimum of 2 years' post-articles experience.
• Previous experience gained in a small to mid-tier audit or accounting firm (non-negotiable).
• Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modelling.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience working with cloud-based accounting systems, preferably Xero.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
