Helderberg Personnel is seeking a senior financial leader to head the trading group's finance function. You will drive IFRS-compliant reporting, consolidate results, and oversee risk management, hedging, and treasury activities.

You will mentor Finance Managers, enhance internal controls, and provide strategic insights for profitability and risk mitigation in a commodity trading environment.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA (CGMA) is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant financial management experience.
• Experience in grain/agricultural commodity trading, risk management, treasury and hedging.

• Lead the financial function for the trading group and ensure timely reporting.
• Review and consolidate results for all entities in IFRS compliance.
• Oversee risk management, hedging, and inventory valuation controls.
• Provide strategic financial insights to improve profitability and risk controls.
• Oversee audits, internal controls, and governance processes.
• Develop and mentor Financial Managers and Accountants.
