Ca Support Cc in Brackenfell seeks a hands-on Accountant / Financial Manager to lead the full financial function of the business and its entities. The role includes keeping accurate records, monthly reporting, tax compliance, payroll, and managing a sizeable property portfolio and vehicle fleet.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with a B.Com or equivalent preferred.
• Completed articles or 10 years' relevant accounting experience considered.
• Experience with Xero and full accounting function understanding.
• Advanced Excel and computer literacy.

Responsabilités

• Manage full monthly accounting function including month-end processing and general ledger.
• Reconcile debtors and creditors; maintain fixed asset register.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting information for decision‑making.
• Assist with annual audits and provide supporting documentation and explanations.
• Maintain VAT and PAYE returns; manage SARS correspondence.
• Maintain CIPC compliance, including annual returns and beneficial ownership filings.
• Manage monthly payroll for property companies.
• Oversee property portfolio administration for ~41 properties; tenant invoicing and maintenance.
• Oversee fleet administration for ~38 vehicles; invoicing, licensing, maintenance.
