Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in finance and accounting across affiliates
• SAICA not mandatory but preferred
• Strong governance, reporting and budgeting capabilities

Responsibilities

• Liaise with global Roche finance environment and local affiliates
• Drive standardized reporting and monthly close processes
• Support master data quality and ICFR controls
• Enable automation and AI initiatives for finance insights
• Lead budgeting and OPEX planning for MEA region
