Job summary

EY in Johannesburg seeks a Manager within Finance Operate to lead the delivery of technology-enabled finance solutions for clients. You will work with clients and internal stakeholders to analyse business challenges and translate ideas into practical solutions.

The role emphasises the effective use of artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics and digital tools within finance operations. You will supervise delivery teams, develop junior members and ensure client commitments are met to

Qualifications

CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
3–5 years of experience in finance, managed services, finance transformation, consulting or related fields.
Experience managing client engagements and leading delivery teams.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
Exposure to reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

Lead finance managed services engagements across multiple clients.
Oversee month-, quarter- and year-end finance activities and ensure service levels.
Analyse financial and operational information to identify trends and improvements.
Drive the adoption of automation, AI and digital solutions in finance operations.
Manage delivery teams and mentor junior staff to ensure quality outcomes.
Ensure compliance with EY quality standards, governance and risk management.
