Job summary

Pollock & Associates in Durban seeks an accomplished Finance Director to lead a large finance and payroll team across a multi-site operation. You will own statutory, management and group reporting, treasury, working capital and tax compliance, while driving governance, ESG and commercial finance initiatives.

The ideal candidate has CA(SA) in good standing with SAICA and 5–10 years in a Finance Director or equivalent role, with listed-group experience and exposure to logistics or manufacturing

• 5–10 years in a Finance Director or equivalent executive role.
• Listed group experience leading a national finance function.
• Logistics, supply chain or manufacturing exposure preferred.
• You challenge decisions independently, not just report on them.
