MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Oversee the financial management of AMP spend to ensure internal alignment and effective budget management
  • Leadership and direction to a small finance team of two, ensuring effective handling of AMP inputs
  • Monitor and manage AMP budgets, providing timely and accurate financial updates to senior leadership to support transparent and informed decision-making.
  • Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, Group Finance, and Principal Partners, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring seamless communication on AMP matters.
  • Responsible for driving AMP spend recovery through effective reconciliation, timely billing, and proactive recovery of funds from principal debtors.
  • Drive improvements in financial operations, contributing to a more efficient finance function that enhances cash flow management.
  • Implement financial process changes initiated by Principal partners by aligning and adapting internal procedures, while driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency
  • Manage and respond to internal and principal audit queries related to AMP spend, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution
