Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Durban seeks a Finance Clerk to perform accounts preparation, budgeting, cost analysis and management reporting for two operating units. You will support financial planning, variances reporting and stock control while reporting to the Unit Accountant.

You will assist with working capital management, month-end processes, and ad hoc admin tasks. Strong computer skills with SAP, PGT and MS Office are essential, along with four years of relevant experience and a formal finance

Qualifications

• Four years relevant experience.
• Grade 12.
• BCom / Diploma in Finance or Cost Accounting.
• Computer skills including SAP / PGT and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial analysis and planning.
• Perform accounting procedures.
• Manage working capital and assist with compilation of annual ops & capital budgets.
• Verify monthly ledger accounts and compile monthly reports.
• Maintain unit financial procedures and controls.
• Supervision of General clerks.
• Assist with stock take.
• Assist with IT related queries- IT Champion.
• Management reporting.
• Knowledge on MyHub time management – Super user.
• Any other admin task that come up on an adhoc basis.
• Computer skills including SAP / PGT and MS Office.
