Job summary

Info Personnel is seeking a Finance and Supply Chain Manager to lead the accounting and finance function for the company and its SMMEs. You will oversee end-to-end financial processes, drive reporting, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires a CA/CPA-aligned profile with a strong background in regulatory compliance, stock and liquidity management, and experience in a retail/jewellery context. A strong leader will deliver accurate dashboards and collaborate with auditors.

Qualifications

• Matric / grade 12 is a must.
• BCom Accounting from SA university with articles preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in Accounting or finance.
• 3-5 years management experience leading a 10-20 person team.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in Supply Chain and Stock Management.

Responsibilities

• End to end management of the Accounting and Finance function for the Company and SMMEs.
• Ability to report on progress and targets achievement.

Technical Knowledge

• Proven experience in both accounting and financial management.
• Regulatory Compliance PFMA (Public Funds Management Act 1 of 1999 section 51(1) ( a) and procurement of goods andservices are fain transparent, equitable, Competitive, and cost-effective incompliance with the PFMA (public fundsmanagement act 1 of 1999, section 380) and Treasury Regulations (National Treasury, March 2015).
• Strong balance sheet management experience
• Management of multiple company portfolios and account consolidation
• Strong understanding of legislative and compliance tax requirements
• Strong liquidity and cash flow experience
• Experience in jewellery or retail sector with strong stock management acumen.
• Experience in providing audit file and interface with external auditors to meet statutory audit requirements
