Job summary

TPI seeks an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the end-to-end accounting and financial management for the TPI group and its SMMEs. The role requires strong PFMA and Treasury Regulations knowledge, audit liaison, and leadership of a 10-20 person team.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of management experience, 3–5 years in accounting/finance, and a valid driver’s license. Experience in jewellery/retail and supply chain stock management is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 and BCom Accounting from a SA university; ideally with articles
• 3-5 years experience in accounting or finance; 3-5 years management experience for a 10-20 person team
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in supply chain and stock management
• Strong understanding of PFMA compliance and Treasury Regulations
• Experience in jewellery or retail sector; liaising with external auditors

Minimum Skill Requirement

Matric / grade 12 BCom Accounting from a reputable SA university preferably with articles 3-5 Years experience in Accounting or finance Management experience: 3-5 years over and above for a team of 10-20 people Valid Drivers License Experience in Supply Chain and Stock Management Technical Knowledge

Proven experience in both accounting and financial management. Regulatory Compliance PFMA (Public Funds Management Act 1 of 1999 section 51(1) (a) and procurement of goods and services are fain transparent, equitable, Competitive, and cost-effective incompliance with the PFMA (public funds management act 1 of 1999, section 380) and Treasury Regulations (National Treasury, March 2015).

Strong balance sheet management experience Management of multiple company portfolios and account consolidation Strong understanding of legislative and compliance tax requirements Strong liquidity and cash flow experience Experience in jewellery or retail sector with strong stock management acumen. Experience in providing audit file and interface with external auditors to meet statutory audit requirements TPI Finance and Supply Chain Manager
