Job summary

PRO Personnel Employment Agency seeks a Finance and Supply Chain Manager to lead the accounting and finance function for TPI and SMMEs in South Africa.

You will drive end-to-end financial operations, ensure compliance and reporting against targets, and coordinate with the CEO and external auditors as needed.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• BCom Accounting with articles preferred; SA university.
• 3–5 years experience in accounting/finance.
• 3–5 years management experience leading a 10–20 person team.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in supply chain and stock management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the Accounting and Finance function for the TPI and SMMEs.
• Ability to report on progress and targets achievement.

Minimum Skill Requirement

• Matric / grade 12
• BCom Accounting from a reputable SA university preferably with articles
• 3-5 Years experience in Accounting or finance
• Management experience: 3-5 years over and above for a team of 10-20 people
• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in Supply Chain and Stock Management

Technical Knowledge

• Proven experience in both accounting and financial management.
• Regulatory Compliance PFMA (Public Funds Management Act 1 of 1999 section 51(1) (a) and procurement of goods andservices are fain transparent, equitable, Competitive, and cost-effective incompliance with the PFMA (public fundsmanagement act 1 of 1999, section 380) and Treasury Regulations (National Treasury, March 2015).
• Strong balance sheet management experience
• Management of multiple company portfolios and account consolidation
• Strong understanding of legislative and compliance tax requirements
• Strong liquidity and cash flow experience
• Experience in jewellery or retail sector with strong stock management acumen.
• Experience in providing audit file and interface with external auditors to meet statutory audit requirements
