Job summary

ROTOCON in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal seeks a Service Technician specializing in digital and flexographic printing equipment. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-performance label printers, traveling locally and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with digital and flexo printing machines.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
• Valid passport and ability to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission digital and flexo printing machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational breakdowns.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Train customers and operators on machine operation.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and operations teams.
