Morton Moore Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support beverage packaging equipment across customer sites in Randburg.

This hands-on role requires strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding abilities, commissioning experience and the ability to work independently in demanding production environments. You will install, commission, service and repair machinery, diagnose faults, provide technical training to operators and maintain thorough service reports while

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in beverage, packaging or industrial machinery.
• Experience with PLC-controlled machinery is advantageous.
• Able to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service and repair beverage packaging machinery at customer sites.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and control faults.
• Provide technical support on beverage processing equipment.
• Conduct equipment condition audits and recommend preventive maintenance.
• Train customer operators and maintenance staff.
• Prepare accurate service reports and record hours and expenses.
