Job summary

Morton Moore Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support beverage-sector customers. The role is field-based, hands-on and requires strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding, commissioning experience and independent work in demanding production environments.

You will install, commission and service beverage packaging machinery at customer sites, diagnose faults, conduct audits and contribute to preventive maintenance, while coordinating with senior technicians and

Qualifications

• N4 technical qualification or equivalent.
• Millwright trade test or equivalent electrical/mechanical trade qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years’ beverage/packaging/industrial machinery experience.
• Experience on beverage production or packaging lines is advantageous.
• Strong fault-finding skills in electrical and mechanical domains.
• PLC-controlled machinery experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, inspect, service, troubleshoot and repair beverage packaging machinery at customer sites.
• Provide technical support on beverage processing equipment as needed.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and control faults accurately.
• Conduct equipment condition audits and recommend maintenance or improvements.
• Assist with installation, relocation and upgrading of industrial machinery.
• Support commissioning projects with setup, testing and ramp-up.
