Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar technical role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Pretoria and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and service a range of industrial machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults and perform repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to maximise equipment reliability.
• Provide technical support and on-site training to clients.
• Prepare detailed service reports with parts used and recommendations.
• Manage service schedules and travel logistics across the region.
