Key Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and emergency calls, ensuring prompt resolution of client issues.

• Collaborate with the engineering and sales departments to provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and potentially software systems related to industrial machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within the Rustenburg, North West region and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
