Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Field Sales/Merchandising professional to drive regional sales budgets, manage store-level promotions, and build strong customer relationships. You will oversee merchandising staff, implement planograms, and ensure stock availability across stores.

Responsibilities include coordinating with merchandisers and field marketers, performing quality checks, and driving successful in-store campaigns.

• Ability to communicate targets and promotions to store teams.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Monthly Sales Budgets and communicate sales targets to merchandiser & Field Marketers.
• Increase volumes in store to ensure regional sales budgets are met.
• Maintain a regular customer call route as per pre-determined route list.
• Perform quality checks, respond to stock quality issues, and ensure stock rotation.
• Optimize stock levels, monitor slow/fast sellers, and take corrective actions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels; drive ad-hoc promotions.
• Negotiate display space and set up safe displays; monitor planograms and category flows.
• Monitor store-level promotions, ensure POS is available, and report variances to management.
• Track daily sales using Salesforce.com and other tools; minimize credit notes and ensure product availability.
• Oversee store openings: establish relationships, planograms, and address stock issues.
• Manage merchandising staff performance and ensure adherence to dress code and HR processes.
