Job summary

• Matric with a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused with a professional and ethical approach.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek new customers through field visits, referrals and market research.
• Visit customers to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and product specs.
• Close sales and process orders accurately.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships via regular visits.
• Handle inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Record sales activities and submit timely reports to management.
• Prepare accurate quotations with cost calculations.
• Gather market intelligence and report insights to management.
