About the Role

This hands-on role is essential for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of day-to-day activities within the Oil & Gas sector. You will lead a team of operational staff, manage resources, and implement best practices to achieve production targets while upholding the highest standards of safety and environmental stewardship. This position requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of field operations and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of field operations personnel, ensuring adherence to work schedules and procedures.
• Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and permit-to-work systems to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor operational performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of field equipment and infrastructure.
• Manage inventory of consumables and spare parts, coordinating with procurement and logistics.

Requirements
