Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Senior Operations Manager to oversee key facilities in Mahikeng, North West. You will lead daily operations, drive efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness in an Oil & Gas production environment, and report to senior management.

In this leadership role, you will develop strategies, mentor large teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement maintenance programs to minimize downtime while maintaining asset integrity and production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive ops management experience, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Proven track record managing large teams and complex operations.
• Strong knowledge of operational excellence, lean, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in operations software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring schedules and quality standards.

Requirements
