Smollan in Pretoria is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead FMCG promotions and drive operational excellence. The role requires people leadership, strategic planning, and strong stakeholder engagement to meet targets.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of managerial sales experience, a relevant diploma or degree, and a valid Code 8 license. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver market insights and peak performance.
