Smollan in Gauteng is seeking an experienced sales leader with 2-3 years’ FMCG supervisory experience to drive promotional activity, manage key accounts, and achieve POP objectives in a dynamic market. The role focuses on leadership, planning, and strong commercial sense to optimize targets and expenses.

The ideal candidate demonstrates proactive thinking, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with a Code 8 license and a relevant NQF level 5 diploma.

• 2-3 years’ sales experience in FMCG environment at a managerial/ supervisory level.
