You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and performance of fiber optic cables, working in various environmental conditions across the Paarl region. Key Responsibilities

• Perform fusion splicing of single-mode and multi-mode optical fibers with high accuracy.
• Operate and maintain fiber optic splicing equipment, including cleavers, fusion splicers, and OTDRs.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic cables and associated components.
• Read and interpret fiber optic network diagrams and splicing plans.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards for Paarl installations.
