We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Feed Mill Team Leader (Trainee) to oversee daily feed production operations, ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards, and coordinate team workflows effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks on feed products, ensuring exact ingredient accuracy and overall product uniformity.

Production Management: Oversee feed manufacturing in accordance with established formulas, quality protocols, and standard operating procedures while supervising staff execution.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, production issues, and machinery malfunctions promptly to minimise downtime.

Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience (advantageous).

Technical Knowledge: Prior exposure to or working knowledge of feed mill machinery and processing equipment (advantageous).

Licence & Transport: Valid RSA driver’s licence with reliable own transport.
