Job summary

Ergasia Placements seeks a capable production manager for a national facility. The role focuses on safe operations, quality compliance and meeting customer requirements in an animal feed environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in production management, ISO standards knowledge, and a valid RSA driver's licence with own transport. Experience in animal feed is advantageous and the position is based in Bloemfontein.

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF4.
• 5 years' experience in a management role within a production facility.
• Valid RSA driver's licence with own transport.
• Knowledge and experience in animal feed industry will be favourable.
• Knowledge regarding ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe operations of producing feed products whilst meeting quality and customer requirements.
• Review product quality and modify production to maintain and enhance the profitable operation of the division.
• Analyse the production data and ensure implementation of improvements delivering production efficiency.
