Job summary

Fusion Personnel in Gauteng seeks a detail-oriented logistics coordinator to manage import/export container instructions and related procedures. You will coordinate deliveries, invoicing, and movements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires Matric and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong reconciliation skills and the ability to work under pressure, including every second weekend overtime.

• Manage import/export container instructions

• Handle Navis, pre-advises and SOLAS certificates
• Follow up on container movements and depot requests
• Handle client queries, amendments and updates
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all instructions
