Job summary

NDC Personnel & Contractors seeks an experienced fruit production manager to oversee orchard activities and development. You will plan daily and weekly production, allocate labour and equipment, and lead harvesting, thinning and pruning teams across the orchard.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of fruit production experience, preferably on a commercial scale, and a relevant Agriculture/Horticulture qualification. Knowledge of GlobalGAP or similar standards will be essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of orchard management, crop protection and pest control.
• Experience with GlobalGAP or similar certification standards is advantageous.
