Job summary

NDC Personnel in South Africa is seeking an experienced production manager to oversee fruit production and strengthen the management team.

You will be responsible for production planning, allocating labour, equipment and materials, and managing staff performance and discipline, with weekly reporting required to track progress.

Experience on a commercial scale and knowledge of crop protection and GlobalGAP standards are highly valued.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in fruit production, preferably on a commercial scale.
• Good knowledge of crop protection, pest control, orchard management.
• Familiarity with GlobalGAP or similar standards.
