Job summary

NDC Personnel is seeking an experienced agricultural leader to oversee production, plan and coordinate farm operations, and ensure optimal crop performance across fields, nurseries, and glasshouses.

You will hire and train farming teams, manage budgets and procurement, monitor KPIs, and drive commercial strategy in a South African context.

Candidates should have 10+ years in agriculture and 5+ years in management, with exposure to major retailers.
