About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and hands-on Farm Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their farm located in Vereeniging, Gauteng. This role requires a strong understanding of general farming practices, including crop cultivation and basic livestock management. You will be responsible for guiding a small team of farmhands, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to farm standards. This is a crucial role for maintaining smooth operations and high productivity on the farm, contributing directly to its success and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of farm laborers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Ensure the proper planting, maintenance, and harvesting of crops according to the farm plan.
• Assist with basic livestock care, feeding, and health monitoring.
• Oversee the operation and basic maintenance of farm machinery and equipment.
