Placements24 is seeking a proactive Farm Supervisor for a facility near Bloemfontein. You will lead a team of farm workers, oversee crop production and livestock care, and ensure safe, efficient daily operations on-site.

The role requires hands-on agricultural knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate tasks across planting, irrigation, and harvesting activities. Accommodation is provided on-site, with opportunities for bonuses under a progressive farming operation.

You will be responsible for assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all farming activities are conducted safely and effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of farm laborers, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure all farming activities, including planting, cultivation, irrigation, and harvesting, are carried out efficiently.
• Oversee the health and care of livestock, including feeding, watering, and basic health checks.
• Maintain farm equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working order and operated safely.
