Job summary

Festive, part of the Astral Group and a leading poultry producer in South Africa, seeks a Farm Services Admin Clerk for the farm services division. The role focuses on supporting farm services administration alongside the farms administration team.

You will handle weekly reports, stock control, budgeting assistance, supplier quotes, GRVs, and month-end processes, ensuring dashboards are current and accurate. On-site duties and key control form part of the role.

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate or equivalent.
• Excellent administrative and time management skills.
• Computer knowledge and experience is essential.
• Basic understanding of the 20 Keys concept essential.
• Self-motivated with ability to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly reports and graphs.
• Full stock management on site.
• Assist with weekly forecasts and budgets.
• Assist with obtaining quotes and writing RTPs.
• Receive goods (GRVs) in system and liaise with Creditors.
• Support month-end deadlines and accruals.
• Keep dashboards and management tools accurate.
• Ad hoc office duties.
• Responsible for the Farm Services office keys (20).
