Placements24 seeks a proactive Farm Supervisor to oversee daily operations at an agricultural site in Mahikeng, North West. This hands-on role demands strong organizational skills, people management, and a focus on productivity, safety and quality across farming activities.

You will lead farm workers, coordinate planting, cultivation, harvesting and equipment maintenance, ensuring adherence to the farm's plan. On-site housing assistance and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Farm Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in agriculture.
• Solid understanding of crop production cycles, farming techniques, and equipment operation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of farm workers effectively.
• Basic knowledge of farm machinery maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with the agricultural practices relevant to the North West region of South Africa.
