About the Role

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a large-scale produce farm, ensuring optimal crop production, efficient resource management, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all farming activities, including land preparation, planting, cultivation, pest and disease control, and harvesting.


• Develop and implement annual crop production plans to achieve yield and quality targets.


• Manage irrigation systems and ensure efficient water resource utilization.


• Supervise and lead a team of farm workers, providing training and performance management.


• Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of farm machinery and equipment.
