This position is field-based, requiring regular visits to client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support and guidance to families experiencing difficulties such as child-rearing challenges, financial strain, or interpersonal conflicts.
• Assist families in developing parenting skills and positive discipline techniques.
• Connect families with relevant community resources, including counseling, educational programs, and social services.
• Facilitate communication and conflict resolution within families.
• Monitor family progress and provide ongoing support to ensure sustainability of positive changes.
• Maintain confidential case notes and prepare reports on family progress and needs.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Child and Youth Care, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with families in a support or advisory capacity.

• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
