Placements24 seeks a passionate Family Support Advocate to join a team in Klerksdorp in a hybrid role, combining on-site client engagement with remote administrative duties.

You will empower families by providing counseling, resource access, and advocacy, building trusted relationships and coordinating with local services to strengthen family well-being in the North West province.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Family Studies, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in family support, child welfare, or community services.
• Strong understanding of family systems theory and child development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage a hybrid workload with on-site visits and remote tasks.
• Familiarity with local resources in the Klerksdorp area.
