Responsibilities

• Provide compliant, professional financial advice to walk-in and existing clients in a high-volume branch.
• Educate customers on correct banking channels (eChannels and Self Service) to meet their needs.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for retention and growth.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets.
• Manage leads, referrals and client follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.

Education
