Check production markers received from Head Office and distribute approved markers to the Cutting Department
Prepare and maintain the weekly production schedule, tracking all order statuses with precision
Collaborate with the Factory Manager to review daily production performance and optimise workflow across lines
Provide weekly updates on production priorities, progress, and workflow requirements to the Group Production Manager
Compile and communicate daily production results from all departments
Monitor order progress, ensuring adherence to delivery dates and resolving any constraints
Prepare and submit production reports, efficiency statistics, and performance updates to management
Serve as the main point of contact for factory-related queries about patterns, markers, and specifications
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain an efficient manufacturing process
Track performance against plan, escalating deviations that may impact delivery timelines
Support initiatives aimed at improving production efficiency and resource utilisation
Create and update CMT production orders within the factory planning system, ensuring BOM accuracy
Receive and verify production packs, prepare technical documentation, and coordinate pre-production activities
Issue approved markers to the Cutting Room and coordinate all pre-production and bulk requirements
Act as liaison for technical queries, ensuring clear communication between the factory, clients, and technical teams
Monitor weekly schedules and track order progress, highlighting risks or delays
Ensure all pre-production samples are processed and files are maintained correctly
Schedule orders into production and follow up on shortages, delays, or technical issues
Manage product stock codes where applicable, providing ongoing status updates to stakeholders
Maintain accurate production records and documentation for reporting and audits
Manage BOMs within Syspro, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Oversee QDocs workflow, ensuring proper documentation and system updates
Review and verify Bills of Materials prior to job releases
Escalate system, documentation, or process issues impacting production timelines
Proven experience in technical planning and production scheduling within garment or clothing manufacturing
Strong understanding of end-to-end clothing production processes
Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Syspro, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Ability to develop and maintain detailed production plans
Skilled in resource management, workflow optimisation, and forecasting
Ability to meet strict delivery deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and coordination skills
