Job summary

Together Staffing group is seeking a Factory Manager with 5-7 years of experience in a plastic packaging environment. The role involves overseeing production, raw materials, maintenance teams and the quality department to ensure optimal processes across the manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate holds a Production/Operations Management Degree with Matric; a Mechanical Engineering certificate would be advantageous. You will drive efficiency, quality and safety in a dynamic plastics plant.

Qualifications
