Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking a seasoned production supervisor in the plastics sector in South Africa. The role requires N6 Mechanical Engineering or Matric with Mathematics and English, plus at least 5 years of production experience in plastic manufacturing, with strong supervisory experience.

Candidates should be familiar with takt time, one piece-flow, lean manufacturing and 6S, with Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt. Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to work shifts is essential.
