Job summary

A leading health organization in Johannesburg is looking for a Facility Team Lead to oversee facility performance and ensure program deliverables related to TB and HIV care are achieved. The successful candidate will manage staff, conduct skills audits, track performance, and work closely with community organizations. A Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing Sciences and 5 years of relevant experience are required. The role involves collaboration with various health teams and demands excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • 5 years relevant experience in the health sector managing HAST programs.
  • 2 years in managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Familiar with SAG health system at national, province and district levels.
  • Valid code 08 driver’s licence.
  • Clear criminal record.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise facility-based staff to ensure program deliverables are achieved.
  • Conduct skills audit exercise to identify training gaps.
  • Market CCMDD external pick-up points in communities.
  • Focus on QI, Case Management, viral monitoring, RTCQI.
  • Track performance against TB and HIV clinical cascade indicators.
