Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc).
• Support the Facilities team in overseeing repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Participate in the management and coordination of vendors and contractors for various services, including cleaning, security, and maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies for the facility.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Help with the preparation and tracking of facilities budgets and expenses.
