Job summary

Key duties include coordinating maintenance, managing budgets, evaluating performance metrics, overseeing vendors, and negotiating contracts. You will lead a team, drive improvements, and collaborate with internal departments to boost workplace efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
