Arch Staffing SA is seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to oversee operations and maintenance of our facilities in Germiston, South Africa. You will ensure building systems function efficiently while maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all occupants.

Key responsibilities include managing maintenance activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, overseeing vendors, and coordinating space planning to optimize facility

Formación

• Proven experience in facility management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for facility management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate facility maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
• Monitor and evaluate facility performance metrics, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services related to facility management.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Coordinate space planning and management to optimize the use of facilities.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and develop contingency plans.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support operational needs and enhance workplace efficiency.
