Job summary

JLL is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to lead service delivery for the Johannesburg portfolio. You will manage budgets, coordinate contractors, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring client satisfaction and safety compliance.

With fluent English and strong leadership, you will oversee a team and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet contractual KPI targets and SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience guiding multifunctional teams.
• At least 5 years experience as a Facilities Manager and proven budgeting/contracting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, gain consensus for, and implement FM operating plans and budgets.
• Lead the FM team, coordinate contractors and vendors, and ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare regular management reports, and drive continuous service improvements.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and alignment with client objectives and SLAs.
• Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence across sites.
