Job summary

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: Standard Eight (Grade 10) or equivalent.
• Additional training in maintenance and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests and coordinate with managers.
• Maintain work orders and keep maintenance records up to date.
• Inspect doors, lighting, plumbing, HVAC and safety equipment.
