Job summary

Walnut Creek Plaza - Mansfield in Gauteng, South Africa, is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and arranging repairs of building operating systems on site.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years building operations maintenance experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and make decisions.
• General computer knowledge.
• Holds any necessary/required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Respond to tenant safety, mechanical, electrical, and environmental requests via work orders.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance logs and records.
• Coordinate contractor, tenant and management approvals for outside-work orders.
