Placements24 is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for commercial properties in Klerksdorp, North West. You will lead a team of technicians, implement preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs with contractors to ensure high standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory role within facilities maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
• Experience with preventive maintenance plans.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a maintenance team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance software and work order systems.
• Solid understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Trade certification or degree in a related field is a plus.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations for their commercial properties in Klerksdorp, North West .
